I work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and revenue.
My work has centered on helping high-growth companies translate ambition into operating reality. As organizations scale, complexity shows up quickly across teams, incentives, and the customer journey. Much of my work has focused on aligning those pieces so revenue teams can execute consistently and the business can keep moving.
My background spans sales, go-to-market strategy, and business operations. Early in my career I carried a quota and worked directly with customers. Over time my scope expanded into helping shape how teams operate, how revenue motions evolve, and how organizations scale without losing clarity.
Before moving into venture-backed startups, I spent several years working inside and alongside small businesses. That experience shaped how I approach problems. When you operate close to the ground, you learn quickly that strategy only matters if it works in practice.
Most of my recent work has been in regulated environments, particularly fintech, where execution quality and cross-functional alignment matter as much as growth itself.
I enjoy working at the point where strategy meets execution. Clarifying ownership, aligning teams, and helping organizations move from good ideas to consistent results.
